Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it and what you can ask us about it. It follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law and the principles of the GDPR.
WHO THE CONTROLLER IS

WHAT WE COLLECT
Your email address, when you give it to receive the publications, together with the language and the communities you chose and the date of your consent.
Access data for our invitation links: which link was opened, an approximate country inferred from the IP address, browser and referring page. We use this to understand where readers come from, not to identify you.
We do not ask for national ID numbers, phone numbers, bank details or any document. We use no advertising cookies and we do not sell data. The site stores only a theme preference cookie and, for the internal area, a session cookie.
WHATSAPP COMMUNITIES
The communities run inside WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. When you join, your phone number and profile are visible to administrators under WhatsApp's own rules, and Meta's privacy policy governs that processing. We do not export or store the member list outside WhatsApp.
WHY WE PROCESS IT
To deliver the content you asked for, on the basis of your consent.
To measure reach and improve the product, on the basis of legitimate interest, always in aggregate.
To comply with legal obligations where they apply.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Only the providers needed to run the service: website hosting and delivery, database, market data provider and email delivery. They process the data solely under our instructions.
Some providers are located outside Brazil, which means international transfers, carried out with the safeguards required by law.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep your email for as long as you want to receive the publications. If you unsubscribe we delete it or keep it only on a suppression list so we do not contact you again.
Link access records are kept for twelve months and then deleted or aggregated.
YOUR RIGHTS
You may ask for confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent.
Write to privacidade@quantmarkets.io and we will answer within fifteen days. Every email we send also carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
SECURITY AND INCIDENTS
We use encrypted connections, restricted database access and separation between the public site and the internal area. No system is immune to incidents; if one occurs with material risk, we will notify you and the supervisory authority within the legal deadlines.
MINORS
The service is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
